Because of the amount of furniture and art that we had we felt that we needed a relatively long term to get rid of everything that the buyer did not want. We also wanted to stay in Scottsdale until we would normally go back to our home in Illinois, Jeff and Mackenzie were able to get the buyer to agree to letting us stay for 4 months after closing - something that most buyers would object to.

Elise asks a lot of questions to find out what you are all about - she gets to know you and what you need, and great advice on what you need to do - that is why she is so successful. She acted as the buyer's agent on my current house and selling agent for my house I just sold. It is obvious after only a couple of minutes meeting with her, that she has a ton of experience in the business as well as dealing with people of all types. I now consider her a friend. I could not have gone through this without her as I was working full time through both transactions. Our realtor was good in many aspects but Not sure how different from any other company.
