I have worked with agents in the past who have put pressure to take action on selling or buying a home. Not with Jeff. He allowed me the grace to decide to determine the listing price and how to respond to offers. He was very patient with me and supported my decisions throughout the process. What a relief from other agents who are always putting pressure to act in their best interests. Jeff was looking out for me. A welcomed relief.

Jeff had been working with us for about 2 years. With Covid and the way the market went crazy, it was a long process to find our home. Being senior citizens with special needs he patiently took us to numerous homes. The market was such that even though we prequalified for mortgages, the homes disappeared before we had a chance. When we purchased the home, Jeff did a thorough walk thru and made solid recommendations. Jeff has a calm personality and is a good salesperson.

He helped with everything from getting contractors, inspectors, and everyone who needed to be scheduled around my work schedule. He was always very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. The market was so competitive when I was buying but Jeff kept going and we finally found the one after multiple failed attempts. I will 100% work with Jeff in any other purchases I do in upstate NY.
