First of all I was thinking that my house was worth $200,000 because I thought I knew it all,Boy was I wrong. This guy does his research and then some.He set the standards in my neighborhood as far as pricing.Other realtors in the area were selling homes just to get there commission but Jeffery sold our home to give us a better future and everything he did was what was best for us.We we’re so happy with his teams service that had them help us find our current home and that wasn’t an easy task considering the market.We can’t ever see ourselves using any other realtor in the future .we sold for close to double of what I thought it would !
