Jeffrey P. Liao

When seeking a home Jeff is the best! We had previously worked with a different agent who we felt wasn't fighting for us when it came to negotiating some repairs, he had an "it is what it is" attitude. Jeff on the other hand worked tirelessly to get us the best fair deal possible. His professionalism and strategy I believe got us the home we wanted, again at a fair price. Additionally, he has a team of folks that are available and treat you as if you were their own client. I would highly recommend Jeff and his team!

Jeffery is the best at what he does. He was attentive, answered all of my questions and I had plenty. Made the whole process from before listing to sale of my property effortless for me. He took care of everything. Hired painters and carpet installers to get my property ready for top dollar sale. Took pictures and a virtual staging that almost made me not want to sell. Lol. He always answered my calls or returned them within minutes. He advised me on all offers while patient ly explaining why some were better than others. We got way above the listing price and I couldn’t have been more pleased.
