We're from the San Francisco Bay Area and we randomly met Jeffrey McDermott at an open house. We were looking for an investment property and Jeffrey showed us multiple properties throughout the Las Vegas/Henderson area while on our week-long trip during the Christmas/New Year holidays. We made an offer that was accepted just before heading back home and we finished the process of purchasing a home while we were already back in California. Jeffrey communicates professionally and effectively through texts, emails, phone calls, and in person. He was diligent and prompt when coordinating with the seller's agent, inspectors, and our property manager.
