We had previously worked with a different agent who we felt wasn't fighting for us when it came to negotiating some repairs, he had an "it is what it is" attitude. Jeffery is the best at what he does. He was attentive, answered all of my questions and I had plenty. Made the whole process from before listing to sale of my property effortless for me. He took care of everything. Hired painters and carpet installers to get my property ready for top dollar sale. Took pictures and a virtual staging that almost made me not want to sell. Lol. He always answered my calls or returned them within minutes. He advised me on all offers while patient ly explaining why some were better than others. We got way above the listing price and I couldn’t have been more pleased.
