Jeff Krantz is an award-winning real estate leader with more than 30 years of experience in sales, leadership, and management. After earning his license in 1994, he began his career with REMAX Lake of the Ozarks and, in 1998, founded Krantz & Associates. Under his direction, the team has grown into a dynamic group of 15 dedicated professionals known for results, integrity, and client-first service.
Since 2013, Jeff has guided his team to the #1 position at Lake of the Ozarks, consistently earning top recognition from the REMAX organization. Krantz & Associates has ranked among the Top 100 REMAX teams in the United States, recognized at the global, national, and regional levels. Jeff’s personal achievements include induction into the REMAX Hall of Fame, Circle of Legends, and the distinguished Luminary of Distinction.
In 2017, 2022, and again in 2024, Jeff and his partners were honored as Broker/Owners of the Year for the Mid-States Region. A respected expert in Missouri real estate, Jeff is known for his deep knowledge of waterfront properties, luxury homes, condominiums, and new construction developments throughout the Lake area.
Originally from Red Bud, Illinois, Jeff fell in love with the Lake of the Ozarks during childhood summers spent vacationing there. Today, that same passion drives his commitment to helping clients find not just a property—but their place at the Lake.
Jeff and his wife, Melissa—his business partner—have three grown children, Kassy (Tyler), Jacob (Karrigan), and Zach. Outside of real estate, Jeff enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, and golf, but his greatest joy comes from spending time with his two granddaughters.
