I've been VERY pleased with Jeffrey! He went above and beyond to make sure we got the highest price available. I looked at 2 other realtors and they wouldn't list my house above 300k. Well Jeff did and the opening weekend we for 2 FULL price offers! We had an issue with some people truss passing and Jeff took time out of his day to make sure the house was safe since I lived 2 hours away. He's an A++ realtor and friend.
