Jeffrey Ketner was tremendously knowledgeable in preparing our home for sale. I have no doubt we increased our profit substantially by following his recommendations. He is a firm negotiator and knows how to manage the emotions of selling or buying a home. The thing that suprised me most was how fast our home sold. Ours was an older home and we had serious offers within a week of putting it on the market. We closed within six weeks !! My wife and I will certainly use Jeffrey if we have any real estate needs in the future.
