Jeff was very pleasant to work with. He kept in close communication with me, and was patient when I was slow to respond. He was also very willing to deal with the contractors we had to bring in to satisfy the buyer’s requests. There was one clause in his agency’s contract which I was not comfortable with, and he made the effort to have it dropped. The condo sale ended up being a very positive experience.

I have worked with several agents over the past few decades. Working with Jeff has been the smoothest and least stressful experience to date. Jeff represented us as a Sellers Agent in a messy and complicated transaction. Jeff handled every curveball without missing a step and with a sense of urgency. Communication - Could not have been better. My phone calls were either picked up immediately or promptly returned. Text and emails were also treated promptly with no delay. Questions were professionally and precisely answered. To his credit, if he was not certain he took the time to research and provide detailed accurate responses. Professionalism & Knowledge - He called the timeline and the process at our first meeting. As I mentioned this was not a 'traditional' transaction. He guided us through tenant eviction, repairs, list pricing etc. The showings were coordinated and well timed. We were updated continually. When we received offers each was presented to us with evaluation and feedback already provided. The negotiations were aggressively and smartly handled. Turn around time was within 24 hours. With other agents I have struggled with getting sufficient attention at these critical junctures. With Jeff I felt fully supported with excellent advisement and communication. We walked with a deal that really exceeded expectations. Personally - Jeff is both warm, considerate and full of humor. Above all, and speaking bluntly, in hiring a agent for RE transaction I care about: 1) Did the agent optimize the financial outcome - did I get a great deal? 2) Did the agent minimize the stress and workload on my side - did they make my life easier? Generally - I like to pay people to make me money and/or make my life easier. Jeff delivered on both. Ultimately - I think Jeff genuinely cares about the quality of his work and the people he works with. This is what makes him stand out in an otherwise vast sea of mediocrity. I hope to work with him again in the future.
