We initially tried to sell our home by owner and could have done that with out any problem. Jeff called us and explained thoroughly how he could help us in selling our house quicker and for a significantly better bottom line after all was said and done. Jeff was very clear, concise and friendly on how we would go about accomplishing this. After the initial paperwork was complete we worked with Jeff to prepare the house for sale and for a weekend open house. Jeff went above and beyond what we needed to do have the house better than expected for sale. Jeffs advertising skills must have went well because we had a lot of people come out for the Open House. We were excited to receive a call the next day that we were in contract. Jeff didn't make us any promises but sure enough everything he said should happen, did happen. Just to add there was no pressure, fear of loss or anything like that to go with him and his company. We had many other offers to go with other established realtors but chose Jeff and Keller Williams because of everything already stated and glad we did! Highly recommended!
