We had a prior agent who during 5 months March through July, had a total of about 12 showings, nothing close to an offer. We gave the listing to Jeff and IMMEDIATELY he went to work. Open houses, new presentation of the house, within the first 30 days we had 2 offers at a price that gave us a great price, he spent more time at the house in the first week then the other agent did in the total time. Jeff was a total professional in everything, little touches were amazing. I cannot say enough about his integrity, after our sale he even contributed to a charity of our choice, AMAZING. Don't do like we did... Get Jeff First. Thanks Jeff we cannot thank you enough.
