Jeff went above and beyond my expectations. Being only 27, and hearing horror stories of home buying, I must say I was terrified. Jeff made this process beyond easy and not to mention, fun! He took me all over the lake county area to find my perfect home! We must have seen a little less than 15 homes ... never once did he push me to buy anything outside my budget or likings ! He took all my needs and wants into consideration every single showing. Not to mention, he left family outings the minute I said I needed to see a house since my availability is on weekends, it was never a problem for Jeff! He is definitely the definition of a “go-getter!” I could not have been more pleased with the level of expertise he brought to the table! Any home I wanted to see, he made sure of it within a 24-48 hour time frame! My home purchase could not have went more smoothly without the help of Jeff ! I have already recommended him to friends, and will continue to do so! My experience was nothing short of amazing and I look forward to working with Jeff again in the future !

My wife and I had contacted Jeff in regards to purchasing our first home. What we thought would be a difficult and troublesome process became the exact opposite due to Jeff’s willingness, understanding, and knowledge of the industry. He was willing to help us understand everything and gave us fast responses when we needed it. The home we purchased although it was our first it will not be our last; and we plan on using Jeff again when that time comes.

Contracted with Jeff Jakubik to sell my rental home (I live out of state). He masterfully helped stage the home. Within a few days of listing the home, Jeff had a few buyers lined up. He skillfully guided me thru the offers, within 6 weeks of listing my investment was gone. Great job by Jeff, highly recommend
