We concluded the sale of our our first home this August through my relocation company, and Jeff ensured that we had a smooth experience despite being out of state sellers. Our particular situation was unique because of COVID-19, a challenging housing market and relocation company guidelines. However, Jeff patiently worked with us, even going out of his way to coordinate on home cleaning and soliciting competitive home stagers that enabled the home to sell above the list price even at a time when the Bay area market was at its downswing and multiple offers were hard to come by. Throughout the process we never felt that we were pushed along, and all the decision making happened at a pace we were comfortable with. Our experience is that Jeff is very knowledgeable and brings decades of professional experience as a realtor. We also deeply appreciate his commitment to his clients and attention to detail while being very congenial to work with. Decision-making with Jeff was always fact-guided and we never perceived being pushed towards making a sale happen.
