I had a rental condo in Lake Forest, CA that was in my family for 40 years. Once I decided to sell it, Jeff took over the process. Not only did he list, show, and negotiate the sale, he managed the complete renovation of the unit. Jeff made the entire process effortless on my part. His decades of experience showed threw from beginning to end. I would use him again for another real estate transaction. I highly recommend Jeff Hale as a realtor!

We were referred to Jeff through a relocation program and thank goodness! He was very knowledgeable about the entire Orange County area- traffic patterns, community vibe, things to do, etc. He confirmed what we were looking for in a house and then prioritized listings for us; letting us yay or nay them through the buyer portal. During showings, he was very thorough when considering the pros and cons of each property. Most importantly, when it came time to put in an offer, he educated us on strategies and got us a great deal! We still keep in touch with Jeff and he's always happy to help answer any questions we have about our new home, recommending contractors and vendors, etc. Thanks Jeff!
