Jeff has been working Calabasas and surrounding areas since Hector was a pup. he's the most complete and professional realtor you could ever hope for. The sale of our home for 28 years was quite complicated. We loved the home and were hesitant to leave it. Jeff felt our anguish and as we entered into our contract he was sympathetic and patient. He listened to our hopes and concerns for the house and offered straightforward logical advice while providing a shoulder to cry on for the wife and good humor for both of us. Jeff has an uncanny way of keeping everything on track to close, whether it's a humorous anecdote to minimize a perceived obstacle, extra pressure on a worker when things drag or a gentle kick in the pants when you're feeling sorry for yourself. Jeff always provides the right advice and delivery to every stressful situation and we had at least 1 a day. We met Jeff over 20 years ago when our kids were young and we were considering a move that never happened. We'd run into him around town periodically and discuss the market or a remodel we were considering. When we met for the sale he had notes on each of those conversations. Being able to work with Jeff turned out to be one of the luckier things that has happened to my family in years. Jeff was instrumental in helping us to sell our mom’s house. Jeff was invaluable in the sale of my Mom's house in Calabasas. His presentation and marketing strategies were excellent, including all of the time and effort he personally devoted to preparing the house to appeal to the widest variety of purchasers. Jeff was highly communicative, always available, and kept us apprised of the process at every step. As a long time resident of Calabasas, his knowledge of the Calabasas market and agents really made us feel comfortable and secure with his representation.
