Jeff listed our house in Brentwood in February. Jeff was able to bring multiple offers for the house despite the COVID-19 shutdown and social distance mandatory significantly slowing down the housing market. At the end Jeff was able to sell our house by mid May at full price. From the first meeting with Jeff until end of process, he was responsive, very knowledgeable and honest to every questions we have. We live distance from Brentwood and, the house was vacant when we listed it. Jeff was not only staging the house at the beginning but also helped us watching over the house to make sure it was ready before every visit and returned safely locked and clean after.
