After working with a another broker, we found Jeff via the internet and property he was representing. Jeff listened to out needs, respected our budget, was patient and persistent not pushy. He never encouraged us to go above our budget, in fact would send us proprieties under our budget for us to consider. I have dealt with a LOT of realtors in my life—having sold and purchased a few properties as well as having worked as an agent. Working with Jeff was honestly the first time that it wasn't a total waste of time. After having an agent fail to sell my home in Wappingers Falls last year (she didn't get 1 offer in six months), Jeff sent me several letters trying to convince me that he could correct what the last agent was doing wrong. I didn't believe him, but I finally decided to give him a shot, because he was persistent and knowledgable. He sat down with me and very clearly explained what his plan was. He priced my home and used all his tech-savvy and experience to have actual serious buyers look at my home (no window shoppers). He sent weekly reports and lots of feedback which helped us know what tweaks would help. It took less than ninety days to get an offer at close to our asking price. We accepted and closed yesterday.
