Jeff was a huge help in the moving process for Kelsey and I. Since I am from PA and Kelsey is from NJ, Jeff was able to assist from the very beginning of finding our home. We looked at homes for over a year and Jeff was very flexible with his time and scheduling tours of the home. He always worked around my schedule, especially in the evening hours which I am truly grateful for. Jeff DePiano represented me as the buyer of a property for my mother in a retirement community in suburban Trenton, NJ. I live out of state and had never before purchased a property in NJ. Jeff helped me tremendously. He knew the types of properties in the local area that would suit my needs, which helped narrow and expedite the search. He briefed me on the process and issues involved in purchasing property in NJ and guided me through the entire process. He also provided contacts for home inspectors, settlement attorneys and insurance providers, all of whom were excellent professionals. His experience and skills were all the more apparent because the seller's agent was quite inexperienced, which meant that Jeff had to step up and lead the transaction. As the closing date approached, we discovered several complicated liens and judgments against the property, the resolution of which delayed the closing for 9 days. During this period, Jeff worked closely with the settlement attorneys to keep the transaction on track. In the end, the issues were resolved we were able to close. I am very pleased with my experience with Jeff and would recommend him highly.

We love Jeff! This is the 2nd home we have purchased with Jeff! He helped us with our first home and now 4 years later. We had a total nightmare with the home we just purchased (the sellers were beyond difficult) so Jeff really worked hard and we finally were able to close the deal. He's wonderful and if we ever need to move again (which we hope not) Jeff will be the first call we make!
