He was never judgemental re our preferences and was always truthful with any question we may have had. He made himself available at any time while leaving us to our own decisions. Jeff went out of his way to help smooth and console a very nervous homeowner we were dealing with at the time not to mention aiding us in obtaining a needed mortgage complicated by our age.
