I highly recommend Jeff Burke to sell your home. I spoke with a couple Realtors regarding the sale of my home and Jeff stood out in many ways. He was courteous and very professional. He came to our home with several suggestions to maximize our selling price and assure a quick sale! His knowledge definitely saved my wife and me both time and money. He explained how he could sell our home for top dollar and likely we would be able to choose between multiple offers if we followed some advice. Well that is exactly what happened! We sold our home in 4 days in a multiple offer! We are ecstatic! He delivered as promised! He also rolled his sleeves up to follow up on the transaction to make sure the inspections were done in a timely fashion and negotiated a reasonable solution to repairs requested. In addition, he also prepared several comparable sales for the appraiser to use in his report to assure the appraised value would match our sales price! That was a concern of ours and the appraisal came out at the sales price with NO repairs! He has followed up with the Lender regarding buyers financing and the title company to assure we are processing to meet the closing date in the contract.
