My experience as a first time homebuyer was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! Of course it was trying at times but Jeff Richard is the man. Always smiling, answered every single question I had with professionalism. Never made me feel like I was a bother to him. When showing a property Jeff would also scan the inside and outside of the homes with his eyes (like a robot, lol). In doing that he would automatically let you know what he spotted that would be a problem. So yes I would recommend Mr. Richard a million times. Him and his team are GO GETTERS!!!
