Jeffery was very knowledgeable. He included a drone video to show an aerial view of my property because the lake side portion was inaccessible. He also sent me feedback on progress of the viewing history. He followed up with me know the regular basis. I'm old school, but Jeffery had a lot of patience and worked with me. Now, that's understanding! I do not do the technical stuff that the younger generation does. Jeffery walked me through every step and followed up on closing progress with the title company and brokers. He made sure I got everything, including an actual paper copy of my paperwork. Jeff went above and beyond for me and my wife. We’ve only knew him for a short period of time but he did his job very well and went out of his way to make sure me and my wife are being taken care of and if we have any questions.
