My experience with Jeffrey was top notch. He was on top of every detail and very communicative, which was especially important to me since I live in New York and the apartment I bought is in Ft. Lauderdale. I always felt like I was right up to date through all the twists and turns, and there were plenty of those with both the co-op and the seller!
