The home I have on Zillow was purchased through Zuelke Realty. I invited Jeff back when I was interested in selling, as the purchasing experience went well seven years earlier. Since it looked like I was barely going to break even with a realty assisted sale, I let Jeff know I was going to try to sell my house myself, but thanked him. He offered to help me with the closing for a nominal fee if I found a buyer. A month or so later, this realtor (his wife, actually, but they work as a team) called me to arrange a deal for a friend to "rent to own" my home. Mrs. Zuelke said she had hoped to put her friend in one of their properties but didn't have anything available, and her friend couldn't wait. I engaged in a low rent deal with the potential buyer who asked for no paperwork that would interfere with her pending divorce. Her hearing was only a couple months away, and then she would purchase the home outright. The Zuelke's assured me this was a good friend whom I could trust wholeheartedly. While the Zuelke's had representing me in the purchase of the home (directly from them), they were representing the potential buyer in the sale of my home. I moved out and welcomed the new incoming home owner friend of the Zuelkes. Five months later, after the pending divorce closed in family court, the friend decided to leave my "no paperwork" agreement to take another property I found to be listed with Zuelke Realty. I guess I was a middle person until their property became available again. I feel a little duped. On a side note, Jeff Zuelke let me know that he could do the paperwork for closing on the house for $1500 less than his wife quoted a month or two later.
