We moved from the west coast, and Jeff and Cathy could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and outright amazing. Our transactions for the Florida house were seamless. Cathy kept us informed via text and/or email (per our preference) every step of the way. We completed the negotiations and paperwork via Docusign, and frankly, this was by far the easiest purchase we've ever made despite the distance and logistics involved! Many many thanks Cathy! You were our rockstar agent for this purchase!
