Of 'all' the Realtors I've had in the past; Jeff is by far the best I've ever had! Jeff is extremely friendly. He knows what he is doing in all aspects of being a Realtor. Jeff puts his clients first in a big way! I was very blessed that Jeff went above and beyond what I expected from any Realtor. If it wasn't for Jeff, I most likely would've lost my buyer because of my disabilities. Jeff's professionalism helped me to get where I badly needed to get in a very short time to close on the appointed date! Jeff's communication was also beyond exemplary. Jeff's negotiation skills were very impressive. If you would want anyone negotiating for you, I couldn't think of anyone else representing me at that table! Being that I'm having a new house built, Jeff was able to get me 2 1/2 months to stay in this house I just sold (to rent at a shockingly low monthly fee to the new owner) until my new home is completed being built. Because of that, I do not need to move twice nor put anything in storage. Also, Jeff is not alone. He works with his wife Cathy (who is equally as pleasant and knowledgeable). So, when you hire Jeff, you get a 'team' of two professionals whom both know their jobs very well. Jeff and Cathy also know a lot of other professionals that do other work! I needed several things done (addendums) before closing and Jeff jumped right on it for me. He had workers come and do the work for me. They came with another plus. All their work and pricing were very reasonable. I cannot thank Jeff enough for that! There is more to say (all good), but I will close with this. There is not Realtor out there that will give you more Realtor expertise for your $. I highly suggest that should look no more and just hire Jeff and Cathy! You will 'never' regret' having them as your Realtors! You will be more than impressed and extremely happy you did! Thank you Jeff and Cathy Witter! You are simply the best!
