As I was trying to decide on a realtor for listing my house it was a struggle. I am a business owner and know/do business with a fairly large group of realtors. After weighing out my options I decided to choose Jeff. In the Delano area I felt that he was my best option for market knowledge, as well as marketing. Jeff and I discussed pricing and he guided me into pricing it slightly below where he thought it may sell for. In the end that was the absolute best decision. Things worked out flawlessly. When we decided to sell our house that we lived in for 29 years, we asked people we trusted to recommend a realtor and Jeff Vanderlinde was the one who was recommended.
