We were out of town buyers and were connected with Jelena Roeck. We came into town and met and looked at houses all day Saturday and Sunday and didn’t sing anything we really liked. Jelena was so knowledgeable about the area and Florida real estate. We returned home and kept in touch. Three weeks later during the 4th of July holiday weekend a house came on the market. We got in touch with Jelena and she made plans to FaceTime us and video the house on the 4th of July. We liked the house and made an offer which was accepted. Jelena was present for the inspection and helped in explaining the report. Jelena made our experience great and was always available.
