The Tricoli team is great!. They are very knowledgeable and professional. After contacting them for more information we setup an appointment and met with Ryan. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the whole selling process in an easy manner. He was very pleasant and polite. I felt very comfortable and not pressured to hire them. After I hired them everything went according to plan. The whole process from their side was as smooth as their step by step information sheet they gave me. The whole staff was very pleasant and worked around my busy scheduled. The photographer took beautiful pictures and video of my house. Even though selling a house can get very stressful the tricolli team handled it exceptionally. They did all the talking and negotiations. I really felt they werent just there to complete a sale but on my side and willing to get me top dollar for my house. Thanks to them I was able to sell my house for top dollar. I sold my house for more than what I was hoping for in a competitive market. Matter of fact my house sold for the most in the area.
