My experience with Tricoli was wonderful. My agent, Josh Malenfant, was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I was searching for my vacation home from another state, but this never hindered me or Josh. He showed me many condos, both video call and in person. I had specific requirements for my condo and then I kept changing my mind over time, but Josh never ever made me feel pushed or rushed. In fact, he told me not to worry, but my condo would come to me eventually. He also seemed to just know when I needed help or when I needed to step back. What good intuition he had for the customer and their needs! He came to me on a recommendation from my daughter, who also used Josh to buy a home in Florida. Jeff Tricoli Real Estate staff were all were all very attentive and helpful, even after closing. What nice people. I would use Josh and the Tricoli team again and again for my real estate needs.
