He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and always took the time to share his opinions or walk us through anything we needed guidance on. The entire supporting team was great too, they made the process quick and efficient. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely responsive. They did a great job on the listing pictures and write-up, and quickly incorporated changes we requested. They advertised our house aggressively and generated a lot of showings. We got feedback every step of the way, we knew every home visit scheduled by text and got feedback on all the visits. Chase helped provide guidance through the negotiation process and helped us get the best deal for our home. He was always willing to spend time discusses any questions or concerns we had. They really raised the bar on my expectation of level of service from a realtor.
