We decided to use the Tricoli team to sell my mother's condo based on a neighbor's recommendation. We were not disappointed. The team sent texts every time there was a showing, and there were many. We started listing at the slow time, had a few bites, had to make adjustments in our pricing, deal with a somewhat difficult buyer and still were done start to finish in under 4 months. All that said, the team was cooperative and responsive, helpful in guiding us, and able to hear our concerns and respond to them each step of the way. We felt confident in trusting them to sell the home while we were busy with our lives in another state and they took care of all the details according to our requests. Even with a final glitch, which certainly can happen, they picked up the ball, negotiated well on our behalf, made corrections of others' mistakes, were professional and got the job done. Complicated but handled well. I would certainly recommend this team.
