We sold our house with the Tricoli team, everything went smoothly, they were always available to answer our questions, I highly recommend them. I met with two other agencies beforehand, I'm happy with my choice and we're continuing to work together to find our next home. 10/10 for the Tricoli team. We will definitely do more business together.
Jelena Mančević was delightful to work with. She sincerely listened to what we desired and she delivered. We found the house we wanted in record time and we couldn't be more happy. She is gracious, understanding and patient. We highly recommend the Tricoli Team!
We had a wonderful experience with Jeff and her team. He put us in the incredibly capable hands of Jelena. She was very responsive to our requests and proactive in coming up with an excellent selection of homes for us to see. Every step of the way she was extremely helpful--from finding places to view to making a deal to closing. I can't imagine having a better or easier buying experience.
I had a great experience with the Tricoli Team. I worked with Mark LaRosa to sell a property of mine. Mark and his team did a great job with the negotiations to quickly sell the property at a good price. Communication was fantastic throughout the whole process with constant updates. The team was easily reachable for questions and concerns. The whole process was streamlined, quick and easy. Highly recommend.
I worked mostly with Jelena and she was terrific. She had deep local knowledge and she was very flexible with her time. We visited a number of properties and she was helpful in doing some background research on assessments and values. She worked closely with me during the closing process and made it easy enough so that I need not be present. I'm very happy with the result and I will go back if and when I sell.
The team concept works very well for Jeff Tricoli. There is always someone who will return your call and answer questions about your listing. I recommend this group to any sellers or buyers.
I was the former owner of the property on 3514 sw san benito st port st lucie fl, and i did hade a very bad experience in 2024 tiring to sell my house then i came across with the tricoli team i met chase a very professional agent from the beginning i saw that chase is a very professional person the house was sold in less than 60 days i recommend the tricoli team and chase to anyone who wants to sell quicl and at a very high price
When you work with the Tricoli team you get a number of experts and years of experience working on your behalf. They are efficient and well coordinated. Ryan Garcia my principal contact was so well prepared at our first meeting that I never interviewed another agent. As a ( not active) realtor and experienced investor I was that impressed. His pricing strategy was well informed, he kept on top of the market on a weekly basis and helped me execute a quick sale at a price that put a smile on my face. His negotiation guidance was superb! I highly recommend the Tricoli team for any real estate sale or r purchase.
The Tricoli Team was wonderful to work with. Always communicating and keeping us abreast of every detail!
It was a pleasure working with the Tricoli team in South East Florida. We worked with other agents selling other properties prior to working with this team. They really set themselves apart in terms of marketing and communication. Someone from the team was always available night and day and all calls were returned in a very reasonable time frame. Albeit, we were selling into a very tough buyers market, they sold our condo in a 55 plus community within 4 months. We will definitely use their services again if buying or selling in the state of Florida in the future. Shout out to Chase, Neil and Juhn for your diligence!
The Tricoli team did an exceptional job assisting my wife and me with the purchase of our condo. The team valued our time and scheduled our appointments promptly. Their knowledge and expertise in the areas of interest to us made us feel comfortable in choosing the best condo for us. I would highly recommend them.
I recently listed my home at 4916 NW 54TH ST in Tamarac, Fl for sale and wasn’t sure which realtor to choose. After searching online for realtors in my area, I came across Jeff Tricoli and his well-established team. From the very first call, I knew I had made the right decision. When I reached out, I spoke with Chase and explained what I was looking for in a realtor. That conversation marked the beginning of a truly wonderful experience. Chase was professional, attentive, and genuinely interested in understanding my needs. Throughout the process, Niel kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring I always knew what was happening and what to expect next. The entire team operates with efficiency, communication, and care. If you’re looking for a team that will handle your transaction professionally without making you feel like just another number, I strongly encourage you to reach out to Jeff Tricoli and his team. They promptly return calls and messages, address questions and concerns quickly, and truly treat you like a valued client. It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!
