I recently went through the process of selling my house in West Palm Beach and relocated to northern Florida. I met/spoke with several real estate agents/companies and ended going with The Tricoli Team for a couple reasons. First, my Agent Elizabeth Bell was great to work with, she really understood the marketplace and I felt I was working with a true Real Estate Advisor and not just a property salesperson. Second, The Tricoli sales support team was top notch. I had moved to north Florida and was a little uneasy about being far away and leaving my house to a company I had no previous experience with. Between the marketing campaign, the presales prep(staging, pictures and videos), contract negotiations and the closing, the process was seamless and very professional. Through their efforts, they were able to attract a cash buyer in 6 days of the property being listed and eventually closed on the property. My experience with The Tricoli Team was very positive, and I would truly recommend them to any potential seller. Given the recent changes in the real estate market, you really want a team to put all their resources into selling your home and getting maximum results.

Everyone we worked with (agent, administrative assistants, photographers, title company) was professional, organized, and knowledgeable about the market, our community, and the process, which helped us show our home efficiently and maximize our offers. Our agent possessed a good understanding of the local area, recent sales, and listened to our expectations, which helped price our home well, negotiate, and sell quickly. The team was responsive to questions and communicated consistently from our first meeting until closing. In addition, the Tricoli Team coordinated the timing and procedures with our buying agent (who was out of state) to ensure a seamless transition from selling to buying.
