I would like to share my recent experience with Keller Williams (Tricoli Team) during the recent sale of my home. I was impressed in the manner in which the team handled the process from start to finish. During the initial consultation, Liz gave me all the information about the team and their marketing strategies, as well as overall structure of how the deal would be conducted. The team make me feel not only comfortable, but assured that they had my best interest as a client. I felt very comfortable that there was always someone I could reach out to for support. For example if I didn't get to Liz, her Listing Manager Brandi was accessible. This for me was the true definition of teamwork. When there was a need to do further negotiations, the entire team played their part in communication to everyone involved in the transaction, including my Home Owners Association where applicable. Tricoli team made selling an already occupied home look easy, and allowed for a smooth transfer between owners. I highly recommend Tricoli team for all of you need in the areas that they cover.
