We had a great experience working with Ryan and his team at Tricoli. He was very understanding and did a great job helping us navigate the current real estate market in Florida with ease. The Tricoli team does a very good job of supplying weekly updates as well as passing on feedback from potential buyers and their agents. We have bought and sold many houses over the past 35 years but the real estate market has changed so much over those years. The Tricoli team explains the trends they are seeing in the market to help with determining price point as well as how to deal with issues such as counter offers. Overall we had a wonderful experience using the Tricoli team. My husband and I highly recommend them for any real estate transactions you have or are considering. All members were very professional and seemed very familiar with all aspects of the real estate industry.
Overall, we had a smooth experience selling our house in just over 3 months. Worked with Ryan Garcia, an enthusiastic and smart realtor. Never felt pressured to sell but we had concerns whether we were trading a better price for a quicker sale. Ultimately, that was our choice. It all worked out. They are a busy agency but communication was fine.

I have been trying to sell my home in Lake Worth for two years with a number of different real estate agents. Things didn't work out and I was growing more and more frustrated by the lack of progress. On a whim, I reached out to the Tricoli team and was partnered with Chase. He was very kind and patient as he walked me through his multi-step plan to prepare the home, advertise it, and get as many clients to view the home as possible.
