We had an exceptional experience working with the Tricoli Team to purchase our new home. We were relocating from Fort Lauderdale and our realtor, Josh Malenfant, went out of his way to educate us about communities in Palm Beach that could be a good fit for our family. When there were times we could not drive up to view a home right away, Josh always made himself available to give us a virtual tour. Josh has a very keen eye when viewing homes and is able to provide a lot of information on what repairs a home may need and their approximate cost. The experience w/ the Tricoli team was remarkable. The entire process was professional, well structured, informative, and nothing less than above and beyond. In general, if I had to give a rating from 1-10 I would most certainly give a 15. I would highly recommend them with no reservations. I couldn’t ask for a more capable group to help. I spent 10 months trying to sell my unit on my own with not a lot of success. When I got in touch with the Tricoli team within a month and a half they found the right buyer and were able to help me move on with a unit I was having a rough time selling because of how difficult the market has become. Us a seller you may don't want hear all fees and process that takes to sell, however I appreciated to hear from the beginning that get surprised down the road.
