Sophia was recommended to my husband and I through a mutual friend, and we couldn't be happier with that decision. She was amazing to work with. She helped find homes in our target areas and price range with no games of trying to show us homes outside that for a bigger sale. She listened and took our must-haves and would-likes to heart in searching for houses, along with helping us see potential in fixer-uppers (which she only showed us as we were open to that) and helped us determine which homes were within reason of working on and which ones were a bit much to take on. When we found the perfect home, she helped negotiate the deal (in record time) so we were able to close a full 2 weeks before our deadline. Would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a home in the Central Florida area.
