Jeff Smith

We used Jeff Smith as our agent in December of 2022 with a new build, and would highly recommend using him for your home purchase also! We're first-time homebuyers and really had no clue of this whole process. Jeff first walked us through his process of being an agent; making sure that we were comfortable with the relationship and also the complete process. Jeff truly was a guide and had our back throughout the homebuying process; he kept us aware of everything in a timely manner and truly was our voice & representative to the seller (builder). He helped us shop a few financing rates as well as getting a home inspection done with a very knowledgeable vendor. While we did need to have some contact with various parties, it was great to have Jeff be our primary contact and he took a lot of the burden off of our shoulders in the process. Jeff was kind & courteous throughout the process and we didn't have any surprises because of that! Highly recommend!
