Jeff Roesti did a great job in marketing our home, communicating with all relevant parties in a very timely manner and keeping a calm, cool and comforting demeanor when at times things seemed, to us, to be going south (and they never were, it was just our inexperience at dealing with the many vagaries of selling a home). He provided valuable guidance from our first discussions with him before we even signed him as our agent and all the way through the selling process including getting us in touch with contractors to do some work items that needed to be done to make our property as attractive as possible.
