Jeff did an outstanding job in helping me build a fabulous new construction in downtown Royal Oak along with selling a condo in Wixom. He is probably the most responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful person among all business relationships I have ever had. Buy - During the COVID times, Jeff participated in selecting options, material, colors, layouts and many more in my new construction house. The house now looks fabulous! He also helped with conflicts during the construction with the builder. Sell - Jeff provided detailed guidance on the condo improvements before selling to be competitive in the market. Once those improvements were made, Jeff showed up and put it up for sale within 3 business days. Showing started on the 4th day. By the 6th day, I agreed to an offer.
