This is my first time navigating the real estate market and I was taken away with the experience I had with Jeff! Over twenty years of all professionals I have ever worked with; Jeff’s level of service is by far the best or the number one level of service I have ever received hiring anyone in my life. With real estate purchases there are bound to be a series of issues, and coordination points which will require professionalism and action. Jeff is not only incredibly adept at his profession. His logic and soft skills when brought to a complex situation, transcend even the highest standards expected by anyone. Was engaged with Jeff through a series of attempted home closures. At every issue point Jeff had an effective strategy or action plan devised within seconds of the issue being reported. His level of ethics are unsurpassable. He dealt with issues immediately, and his soft skills or negotiation skills were always two to three steps ahead of the other parties. Hire him, it will save you money. We first met Jeff at his open house about a year before we purchased our home. He explained his Hero program and how it helps buyers with closing costs, which would be something that we could take advantage of. We kept his card and contacted him when we were ready to buy. Jeff listened to our wants and needs and kept us in the city we wanted to be in. We felt very comfortable with Jeff and trusted his advice and expertise. When we found the house we wanted to put an offer on, Jeff presented a package to the listing agent that put us above all other offers. The process went smooth, but we did hit a bump in the road that was out of Jeff's and our control. Jeff handled the situation with nothing but professionalism and honesty. Jeff is a true professional. He was completely open to me as a transfer from the midwest to learn about different communities, regardless of drive time. And while I happened to find my eventual house online, he was there in every way to seal the deal, lean on the finance company that wasn't pulling their weight, and negotiate the right price, and conditions of timing. He arranged for my vintage car to be able to be stored at the house prior to my position which was a big concern. I would recommend Jeff to anyone, plus a great guy!
