I am so pleased with Jeff as my realtor. He was patient with my house hunting process and worked to find special and new listings that matched my criteria. As a new home buyer, he put me at ease through each phase of the process and hustled for the best value I could get. We worked out a great deal that included furniture and a pet bird!!! I started off with a new home and an appraisal that was over my negotiated sale price. So I already have a little equity as I embark into home ownership.
