I worked with Jeff for six months to find a home suitable to my unique needs in Casta del Sol. Jeff was always patient, gave honest opinion on properties we were viewing. Jeff did not minimize significant house flaws to make a sale. Jeff always responded within a reasonable time to calls, texts and emails. I made offers on multiple properties. I felt Jeff did the most he could to negotiate with seller's agent to get my offer accepted. I have not prior lived in a HOA community. Jeff provided me with information about Casta del Sol that only an agent with intimate knowledge of community would be able to provide. This was immensely helpful to me. I interviewed at least 15 agents before hiring Jeff.. I could sense that he is a very down to earth honest person that feels sense of responsibility to put his client's needs and budget above closing a deal.

He displayed pictures of the original 50s College Park sales material and impressed all who came through with his knowledge of the builders and features of the College Park tract homes. Jeff listed and sold our house in Long Beach in 2015. We've dealt with other agents over the years, most of whom seemed quite competent. But last year we met Jeff and now we're spoiled forever. Knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough, sure. But he exceeded our expectations by not only advising us on improvement projects that would enhance the property, but performing some of them himself, using his keen eye for style and function. He even accompanied us to Home Depot to buy better-looking closet doors and then installed them for us. His integrity is beyond reproach, but that doesn't mean he isn't an able negotiator.
