I decided to sell my unit at Maui Kaanapali Villas at a very tough time in the Maui real estate market. The Maui County Council was discussing and then passed a Bill (Bill #9) which had the effect of reducing the number of short term rental units on the West side of Maui. Buyers were very concerned that they would not be able to rent their units. Jeff was always optimistic that these hard times would pass, and he continued to look for a buyer for me. I highly recommend him if you are looking for an outstanding real estate agent.
