Jeff was very knowledgeable of the area. Once he knew what we were looking for he spent hours doing research on what was available in the area. He spent time showing us different homes and Condos. during the first couple of visits we did not find what we were looking for. He worked and stayed abreast of what was coming available. He contacted us when something came available that fit our needs and we negotiated a price and closed on the property. He was very professional and dedicated to meet our needs
