(I was an office manager in a previous life so I know how to rate realtors. I knew right away that Jeff was a real pro!) It wasn't long before Jeff found us exactly what we were looking for, and at a better price than we expected. Jeff did such a great job that we used him for THREE other transactions! We wouldn't even consider anyone else. Something that we really liked about Jeff is that he would share his knowledge, tell us our options, and give us great advice based on his comprehensive experience. But then he would let us know that WE were the boss. He didn't bully us or try to manipulate us. trickster. He actually did what we asked him to... and then went the extra mile just to please us! And when we had problems with any of our deals, we were so relieved that Jeff would quickly step in and fix things up! Without any reservation, we highly recommend Jeff. He truly is THE BEST!

I contacted several Real Estate agencies via email, Jeff Meyer was the first one to respond, he made an excellent impression with his knowledge and could promptly answer all my questions. He was instrumental in all aspects of the procedures, inspection, and all other services needed as I was not on site and I bought the property an email away. He always responded promptly to emails and texts, he negotiated with the seller on needed repairs to be done before the closing. He also assisted with the locksmith to get the locks changed after the closing. All in all, it was a perfect experience and it shows that one can do a transaction like this from afar, via email and text.
