So Great We Went With Him Twice!

We went with Jeff for sale and purchase once, and liked him so much we contacted him again for another sale! In both transactions Jeff demonstrated excellent knowledge of our area, the current market, and a willingness to tell us hard truths. In this case, he worked with us to prepare for the very quick sale we needed, and advised us up front when we should consider aggressive price drops to drive interest. He advocated for us with odd or even sketchy offers/agents and protected our interests. Even being out of state himself, we were delighted by his responsiveness and creativity to get done what needed to get done.
