Jeff was personable, smart, knowledgeable and informed, and he kept us updated biweekly throughout the process in what transformed quickly from a seller's market to an uncertain market (February through July 2022). We especially appreciated Jeff's knowledge and experience, and his reassurances that in the end, everything would work out, which it did. I would also like to praise his staff, Tammany Estrada. Tammany kept the process superbly organized, and she kept us informed. Overall, Jeff provided a great experience thanks to his friendly manner, knowledge and experience.
